extremely poor sevice

Wow i have never seen such a bad service in my life , my get bucks loan was approved on the 23 jan 2020, its now 7days later still waiting , i have called their call centre and spoke to quite a number of consultant who in my opinion are well trained to be rude to customer , and the is one consultant by the name of Malebo she is extremely rude , she tells you straight that they are currently paying the loans approved on the 16th and she cannot tell you when yours will be paid , this company is the worst of them all , i think we need to start looking at other options because getbucks , finance department only start working at 10am and they are using manual payment what a line excuse for company that exist in 2020
