eWallet payout failing for over a day and a half - GetBucks cannot explain why

I have had many previous loans with GetBucks - and many successful EFT payouts, as well as successful eWallet payouts. Yesterday(22-Jan) I took out a new loan, loan application approved speedily. I tried to pay it to my eWallet - it failed. Since then I've probably had about 10+ failed eWallet payout attempts, all for this same one loan, which I can still not access the funds. I have spoken to customer services, the supervisor there, the IT team, and IT supervisor - but still no REASON can be given for the failing eWallet payouts. from 10am on 22-Jan, until now, 1pm on 23-Jan...NO ONE at GetBucks can tell me why, NO ONE can offer me a solution. I was told the "senior manager" would be calling me. This was at 10am. It's now 1pm. Still no call. Absolutely pathetic from GetBucks. Zero valid reason why. Zero solution proposed. Zero timeframe given. Unreal.

I have just spoken to Koketso - who APPARENTLY is a customer service consultant at GetBucks. This issue has been going on for a day and half. Her words to me right now: "We'll see how it goes" UNBELIEVABLE! When in your life have you ever heard a Customer Service consultant say "We'll see how it goes"!?!?!?! GetBucks is coming across as an absolute joke.

"I was told the "senior manager" would be calling me. This was at 10am. It's now 1pm. Still no call." ... It is now 14:48 - STILL no call. GetBucks clearly don't see Customer Service as an important factor in their business.

16:18 - and still no resolution. Promises about calling back, and requests that I trust them - but there is no basis for any trust, as GetBucks have done nothing but fail in delivering their service offering.

Resolved, yes. "satisfactorily", no. It was resolved after 5pm on 23-Jan. Issue raised around 10m on 22-Jan. This SEVERE delay - due to a system failure at GetBucks - had a net result of costing me more money in the end. For two days, I was told to "trust" ... "it will get resolved" ... "IT are working on it"... along with a whole lot of other waffle. I even had one male manager simply saying sorry for about 5 minutes in one of the most unproductive phone conversations I've ever had. He could give no reason, he could offer no timeframe, he could offer no solution. His words "it won't be fixed anytime soon" was a pathetic approach in my opinion. Customer Service is about putting your client first. Making sure your client is looked after, making sure your client is satisfied. Customer Service is about going out of your way, and perhaps even making an exception to resolve an issue. Not waiting and stringing the client along for TWO FULL DAYS. Epic fail in service delivery from GetBucks. Failure to provide the service they offer, in the timeframes they state. Also a failure to manage their client's expectations, as I was told several times it will be sorted out soon. No one once said, "we'll fix it at the end of day 2 for you". I don't care if it was a glitch in their system, I don't care if they did all they can. I was left wondering what was going, stressing, and frustrated. A client should never feel that way. An in a bizarre twist, I was being thanked in the end, for highlighting some glitch in their system so that they could fix it. That certainly doesn't make me feel any better, nor does it improve my experience in any way whatsoever. Don't thank me GetBucks. I don't want a "thank you" from you when you let me down.
