Empty Promise

Today is a wee****! I have app**** for a loan on the 1st of August, and it was approved. Money paid into my Getbucks ewallet and then I have transfer it to my FNB account. And till today a week later, no funds received. Every day I am following up with them and every day I get the same answer. “There is still a delay with the pay-outs, we will be updated by the finance department during the course of the day, I do apologize for the delay and inconvenience” How long do you have to wait? This was the last time I am making use of them. With this said, this is my 6th loan with them and the last one. They are very quick to debit your account. The company ....... promises a quick pay-out, with a promise of a prompt payment. It is almost time for my first debit order to go off with them and still NO payment received. Calling them, mails and messages come back with another empty promise of being "soon" or today. A week later, and still NOTHING...
