Eft delay
I was advised that the payout to my bank account would not take long as it’s FNB to FNB, it’s been over 48hrs and the call centre agents keep telling me different dates for when I can expect the money to reflect. This is unacceptable as I needed the money for an educational emergency and the loan is accumulating interest although I haven’t received the money
