Early debit order deductions

Get Bucks has run a debit order on my account before the agreed debit order date of the 15th of every month for four months in a row. I have phoned the call center every month and was reassured that it would be corrected the following month. this month they ran the debit on the 11th. this is a breach of the terms agreed to in the acceptance of my loan. I am busy applying for a home loan and this is causing me big problems with my bank. I cannot recommend Getbucks as a short term loan provider, rather use Wonga as they have never run early debits in the few times I have had to make an emergency loan.
