early debit order

I made a loan with getbuck of which the contract states that the debit order is on the 25th But instead they decided to debit my account on the 23rd and making sure that one of my debit order bounces.Now today they send me an sms saying that I did not pay them.<br> <br> To make matters worse now I tried calling their contact centre and when I'm about to be the 1st one it takes me back to being the 10th on the que. Can someone call me back the service is really appaling
