Early debit order

On 20 March 2015. I went to Edgars and did some shopping. When I transferred money from a savings account to my cheque account so that I can pay, Getbucks ran the debit order and took their money. I was left stranded and stuck at the till counter. I thought my debit order date was the 23th. I get paid on the 23th/24th. Who said I get paid on the 20th. I had since left an email with no response.<br> Yesterday someone deposited money in my cheque account. Getbucks once again, ran an debit order and took my last R550, leaving me with R17 to survive the week. I get paid on Friday. Who said I get paid on the 20th. Where in my bank statement do you see the 20th. <br> I know that u will call me to tell me its a system problem. Who told your system that I get paid on the 20th. Where did you get the 20th. Does this mean I don't have the right to have money in my account before payday.<br> Come on people. Find a way to change this. Move my debit order date to the 26th then. Now I'm scared to keep money in my account because of you. I have never missed a payment. Don't treat me like someone who is attempting to miss a payment.
