Double deductions

<br> After settling my account via Eft AND sending proof of payment right after I was then debited again the following day for the same amount and now have no money in my account,I've missed job interviews because of this,<br> I've emailed the collections department,I've called countless times with promises that it would be paid out and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded,supervisors keep saying they will follow up and call me back, I never get called back.<br> <br> This is extremely inconvenient and I want my credit back ASAP.<br> Very unhappy customer.
