Double Debit WHY!!!!!

My loan finished on the 15th of December 2021.Yesterday 20th December another debit order of R1299. 49 went off that you already took on 15th of December 2021. This was a 6 month advance loan I am not sure why you deducted again as the last debit went off on the 15th of this month already. I even spoke to one of your consultants via email last month to confirm that I am paying my last debit order on 15th of December 2021.Took the loan out end June 2021. Started with Debit order on the 15th of July 2021 and you deducted on aforesaid date dillegently until you decide to debit me twice again.
