Double debit for December????

My account was debited on the 11th December as payment towards my December account, even though I requested that the account only be debited on the 24th, now I received an sms stating that a further payment will be debited on the 24th of December???? I find this highly unacceptable and against what I requested, why are you deducting more than one months installment in one month????
