Double Debit

Can someone please assist me,My account was debited on the 11 December and today again I got an sms saying that it will be debited on the 19 December 2015.<br> <br> Can some clever person really explain this to me and I mean really clever. I'm really getting ****ed with the **** service i'm getting from you. I had issue in the pas which your useless staff could not solve and I mean all of them and now you want to debit my account twice in one month,<br> <br> WHAT DOES MY CONTRACT SAY WITH YOU? AND I PROMISE YOU THAT IF YOU DARE TOUCH MY ACCOUNT I WILL REPORT YOU IM NOT ONE OF THOSE STUPID AND LOST CONSUMERS.<br> <br> CAN YOU APPOINT COMPETENT STAFF ..JESUS THIS IS SO ANNOYING EVEN AFRICAN BACNK IS DOING A BETTER JOB THAN YOU<br> <br> YOU GOT YOUR MONEY FOR DECEMBER AND JUST MAKE SURE YOU LEAVE MY ACCOUNT ALONE BUNCH OF USELESS IDIOTS.AND YOUR MANAGER MUST CALL ME NOT ONE OF THOSE CALL CENTRE *****S.<br> <br> DO YOU THINK I WAKE UP EVERYDAY AND GO TO WORK FOR GETBUCKS TO DO DOUBLE DEBITS ON MY ACCOUNTS.<br> <br> CALLL ME<br> <br> DONT YOU DARE TOUCH MY ACCOUNT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT AND I PROMISE
