Don't trust Getbucks - you'll get No Bucks!

Dealing with Getbucks has been terrible! My loan application has been approved and I was told that the funds were definitely paid into my bank account. However, I never received the money! I then made use of their online help service and was told that they are experiencing problems and that the funds have not been paid into my account. Worst is, they also can't tell me when the funds will be available in my account. I am now sitting at hospital awaiting to undergo an urgent medical procedure and I can't pay for it! My point is: I app**** for a loan - it was approved - I got confirmation that the funds were paid into my account - I went ahead and booked this urgent medical appointment - Now I can't pay for it because Getbucks actually **** to me! I want to cry out of mere frustration...
