DO NOT USE GETBUCKS! ****!!!!!

I app**** for a loan on 27 August 2019 and it was approved the same day, it's now 30 August and still the funds have not been received. I have called their call centre twice and I just keep getting stories about issues with their finance department. The point of payday loans is because the money is needed urgently so if you get the money days later it is just a waste of time. The customer care agents can't even tell me if I will get the money this week or not, they say they just don't know! DO NOT USE GETBUCKS! THEY ARE ******** THE PUBLIC! This is the worst service I have ever experienced!
