Do not change payment date!!!

Hi, I have on 3 separate occasions requested that my payment date be changed from 19 Sept to 25 Sept and it now says 1st payment 19 and 2nd 25th! Not only will the first one bounce but I have to make 2 payments in 1 month!!! This is now the 4th time I am requesting that this be sorted.
