Disillusioned

Until recently, I have used getbucks quiet extensively for emergency situations and for those unforeseen expenses. I hate posting online but the level of service I have received is appalling to say the least. I am currently in a situation where I'm desperatley needing to have an op, but as I am unable to stump up the cash upfront, it looks like this won't happen. I app**** and was approved almost two weeks ago and was promised that the funds will be paid out but there would be a small delay. Enquiring how long they advised me a few days at most due to one or the other technical fault. Given them the benefit of the doubt, I waited patiently for a few days and then a week and now two weeks!!! I expressly app**** early in case there was a hiccup but I maybe should have app**** last month. With payment needing to be made by tomorrow it looks like I might miss the op and lose out on the upfront payment I made! I have made countless enquiries and called in almost everyday just to be told to try again 'a little later only to be made a fool of every time. I have been a loyal customer over the years..always stuck to the payment arrangement and even made a few referrals but at this point I am so disillusioned and upset but I don't have the energy to fight anymore.
