Disgusting service and no payput

Absolutely disgusting customer service. No regard for the actual customer. Generic and general answers to every question. Typical case of copy and past. Why call it live support when the people sending the "answers" are more useless than a computer would be.

I have dealt with Nnana on the chat for the last 2 days. As soon as this person sees my question she just dissappear and literally ignores me to a point that I can't wait for a reply anymore. When I asked for a number for the supervisor the response was immediate... seriously?

I did 2 transfers from wallet to fnb ewallet. One was done on Saturday which paid out the next day. One was done on Sunday and I'm still waiting. When I eventually got hold of someone at getbucks I was told I will only receive funds next week... like are you for real.

Don't use getbucks please!!! Absolutely useless service. If you can't deliver what you have promised shut your doors
