Disgusting service and false advertising!

<p>On Friday, my fiancee app**** for a loan with GetBucks..... WOW from start to finish was a total mess! Firstly he was given an option to consolidate his loan and take a new one over 6 months. This he accepted. The next page it says " we usually verify and payout within the hour", (which is what they actually advertise), but underneath this is a message that says "verifying employment within 4.5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean ***????? No where does it request documentation, but being an old customer, he emailed his last 3 payslips to ********** After the time has run out with no response he starts a chat with Mbali.... OMW, what a nightmare that was.... EVENTUALLY it turns out they say they never received the payslips, which were FORWARDED to Mbali only for the application to be declined. Why WASTE other peoples time? Why advertise falsely???? I have used your facility in the past and I dont think I have EVER been paid out within an hour!!</p> <p>To crown it all, today he received a mail offering him the services of DebtBusters!!!! FFS is your company so bad off that is you cant make money off the public with a loan then you'll make it up on other charges with Debt Review???? You can take those mails and shove them where the sun dont shine, ok??</p> <p>Beyond disgusted!!</p>
