Disgusting Service

tried to apply for a loan twice now, no response, then a message to say application ahs to be redone because 5 days has passed, then re- app**** with a message no documentation received which was then re- submitted, like 3 days ago, called the customer service line this morning, only to be told the application has been declined due to no documents received, i have been a good client to getbucks for a fews years now with no default, but to receive service like this is disgusting and pathetic, very disappointing, dont think i would ever deal with them again. thanks
