Disgusting service

I took out a loan with getbucks on Friday and to my surprise a lady by the name of Welmar Semadi calls and tells me my cellphone is not registered so they must call me on my landline number . I informed her that i work for a mine how do i justify leaving my site to wait for a personal call on a work number ? It's ridiculous ,as a returning client i feel i am being treated unfairly. When i took a loan in November last year i did not encounter these ridiculous demands. Its absolutely ******* if you ask me.First it was tons of endless paperwork which i provided now you want me to leave my site to wait for a call ? That is *******
