disgusting service

i have been a customer of getbucks for the past 3 years, all my loans have been paid on time and I never had an issue but recently when I needed assistance its like I am being ignored. I sent 3 emails in the past week but have had no reply. if they are in a backlog a courtesy email should atleast be sent. all im asking is for them to provide me a consolidation loan and I am left with no choice but to put this on hello peter because when I call the call centre they are of no use, I prefer speaking to a manager because the last time I spoke to one they were very helpful. can somebody please help me
