Disgusting service!

<p>i logged onto my account yesterday and immediately noticed that my account had been suspended!! After asking why I was informed that there was a dispute on my bank account!! Understand clearly, my account with GetBucks is up to date and the dispute was an unauthorised debit order which I had returned at the bank! So in essence it has got squat to do with GetBucks!! No to clear the suspension, I have to supply 3 months bank statements, my latest payslip and all relevant letters and documentation to have it cleared!! FFS!!! The easiest is NEVER to do business with them again rather than going through all of this, which actually has nothing to do with my account with them! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! Anyone thinking of using their service, rather go somewhere else. They advertise payout within an hour, yet when applying online there is a notification that informs you that verification will take 4 hours!!!</p> <p>They must not even contact me again. NO SMS's, emails, I WANT NOTHING FROM THEM! The only SMS I will accept is the monthly SMS that says my debit order has been loaded!</p>
