Disgusting service

In the 26. 02.20 i app**** for a loan knowing that they are quick and fast as i needed the money asap. I've send all the docs they required, my loan was approved but no one bothered to send me an sms i had to find out that when i called to enquire and then thats when i received the sms, Thursday i called again notifying them i haven't received the money i was told its because m using a different bank frm them i understood, monday i called again now they told me they have a back lock of payment to do i should call back should i not receive. Today its Wednesday i haven't received it. I don't think i want to talk to them now( customer service assistant) I now need the big bosses to attend to this, i app**** because i had emergency but they delayed me. Whats the use of saying you get it immediately if you going to wait for 6 days. I have received it even now
