Disappointed you guys have worked yout way back...

I am so frustrated right now, I complained before about you guys not updating my details with regards to the loan I had with you guys, its still saying handed over yet I paid everything in Nov and you sent me a statement to show me im done paying and the account is closed , but today i got a copy of my credit record from Transunion and guess what apparently i still owe you an instalment of R2765 and my opening balance is 4400 and current is 6050 and im handed over , please update to closed cause im done paying you guys i need this sorted out today and now, im tired of having or talking about this issue with get bucks.
