Disappointed with the service received

<p>I app**** for a loan on Friday 12th August 2016. The loan was approved at around 15:41 and I received a contract but no money.</p> <p>I called today and I was told I will receive the money in the morning. Morning came and passed, still no loan. The agreement state that I have borrowed the money for 19 days, but that is unfair considering the fact that you are charging me for 2 days that I never had your loan.</p> <p> </p> <p>Another issue, I took up a loan in May and in June, but those loans are still reflecting as open on my credit reports, though those loans were paid up on time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this resolved ASAP as it is affecting my credit score.</p> <p>I am being reflected as a slow payer when this is not the case.</p> <p>Acc no: ********** ********** 51</p> <p>Acc no: ********** ********** 92</p>
