Disappointed and frustrated

<p>I had a loan with Getbucks that was in errears my account was handed over to attorneys , I have never received such poor service in my life within the short space dealing with them I had migraine headaches for a month I'm still struggling to get a pain up letter from Getbucks but I paid my account fully last month the lady who's dealling with my case told me she forgot to send proof of payment to Getbucks I'm very frastrated and angry at this situation I don't understand why must I struggle to get settlement letter for three weeks and struggle to get paid up.letter for another three weeks </p>
