Disappointed

Good day. I am very disappointed in Getbucks. I app**** for a Loan on the 6th of Feb, and was approved on the 7th. When I follow up, there is very unclear timelines given, and different reasons for the delay. I understand sometimes systems give problems, but should you then approve loans and keep customers in the dark? I think it's very misleading and unacceptable. I still don't know what's going on. I was told today I will get the payout, and then also next week... Keeping customers waiting with no indication is really frustrating!!
