Disappointed
I app**** for my loan and received in my ewallet, however when I sent it to my bank account, nothing has reflected since last week. Trying to call your contact Centre or the live chat is useless as no one ever answers or responds to the live chat. I refuse to pay for loans I didn’t get. This is unacceptable and not even sure if this company is a ***** or not.
