Delayed loan payout

<p>I app**** for a short term loan on Friday via the Getbuck website. It never showed on the site whether the loan was approved or not. I had to call the call centre and I was told that a consultant will call for a voice contract. The consultant did call and everything was finalised and I was told the payout will occur during the course of the day.</p> <p>Friday ended and there was no money reflecting in my account. I wanted the money to attend a funeral in the Eastern Cape Sa****ay (11/06/2016)</p> <p>I did not get a chance to call on Sa****ay but there was no payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called today (13/06/2016) and I spoke to Michelle and she told me that Getbuck was using a new system and that communication was sent to client but I never received any communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is disappointing from Getbucks</p>
