Delayed emergency payout

For the first time I actually needed Getbucks for an emergency. Every other time they're always great but this time around I am very disappointed in their service. I've been waiting for hours at the dentist so i can be attented to but i need to make a payment first. GB approved my loan and paid it into the Getbucks wallet faster than I can actually get access to the money. I paid out the funds to the FNB eWallet options almost 6 hours ago, and i'm still waiting for the funds to reflect. I am so disappointed in their service today more than ever coz i'm in pain and in tears due to the fact that I'm failing to access the money they approved and gave me.
