Delay with loan payout

I'm very disappointed in GetBucks. I was approved for a loan on Friday 27 November 2020. Their turnaround time is usually rather quick and I am with the same bank, so payouts are usually within an hour or two. It's been days later and I have still no payout. I have been questioning them every day since Saturday and they have the same story, we apologize for the inconvenience...

Here's the thing, it is inconvenient because when we apply for a loan it's usually because we need it for something. Your technical issues should have been sorted out by now. You don't have a disclaimer on your website saying that there are technical issues. You don't keep the clients up to date with what is happening.

One consultant actually told me that they were not at my approval date for payouts yet, but couldn't give me an ETA.

I have never had any issues with this company before and I'm really not happy to write this review.
