Delay in Payout - Worst ever - Day 8

Payout problem still continues - after being told on Friday the 12th of October that the loans are being paid out manually I only received R500 from the R8000 loan amount.

I was told the rest will be paid manually on Monday (today). Nothing received as of yet and service consultants are of no help. I asked to speak to Michelle and all they do is take a message. @11am I left two messages to call me back for any feedback on the manual payment progress as promised.

Also no response from ********** since last week Friday 12th October. Needless to say don't bother emailing GetBucks...

@Michelle - Will you please contact me soonest today still to resolve this as promised.
