Delay in payout

I app**** for a loan with Getbucks on the 10th of January 2018. I was advised the money was in the Getbucks wallet. Yes, it reflected in the wallet. I then effected a payout from their wallet to my Fnb bank account but it`s been more than 24 hrs, the money has not reflected in my account. I`ve raised the issue with their online consultants, all they tell me is that they encountered a technical glitch, the money will reflect during the course of the day. I am so appalled by this pathetic inefficiency yet when it comes to installments repayment they are more than efficient. Will ever get that money or should I just initiate cancellation of the loan.
