Delay in pay out

I am very unhappy with Getbuck, they state on their website that the money will be paid out in minutes, but now it has almost been two days and I still don't have my money. If I knew that they will take this long I would have rather take out a loan with someone else. I need to pay my study fees the reason I took out the loan, but now won't be able to complete my registration because Get bucks cannot pay out the money. It seems like they have financial difficulty. Every time I phone I get another reason or excuse why the money is not in my account, or they just ignore my messages.
