Deducting money after I settle my account
I am very disappointed, I have settled my account on the 5th of August 2015, but on the 24th you guys deducted money from my account. I phoned my bank and reverse the money. Today I am getting an SMS saying my debit order have been set for 24th September. Why are you still setting up a debit order whereas I do not owe you anything? Please sort this out.
