debiting the wrong loan

I settled a loan with getbucks and still have one outstanding with them, so instead of them debiting the outstanding one they debit the settled loan and now the outstanding one is over due, this might affect my credit score. I called them last week Friday to enquire and they said they would credit the current outstanding loan and they have not done so.
