Debit Orders still being loaded after I've told them that I don't use that bank account anymore.

I had a loan with this company and due to unforeseen circumstances I couldnt pay what I was supposed to - fast forward to when I'm kinda back on my feet and I make an arrangement to pay them back... I asked them over and over again to remove the bank details on the system as I'm no longer using them & that I will do a transfer each month and EVERY MONTH I get an sms saying that they've loaded a debit order on that unused bank account. And not one just one sms but continuous sms' until month end - then they go quiet and after I've made the payment they start calling and the SMS' starts all over again. AFTER I'VE TOLD YOU GUYS NOT TO CALL OR SMS ME . I pay the account every month and don't find it necessary to speak to you , I know what my responsibility is towards your company and I am sticking to it. I have told you guys before that if anything changes I will call YOU!!!! YOu put a debit through to that account and I keep being charged - which has now become and added expense - I have to settle the balance in that bank account before I can close it completely. Just so you know I will be deducting it off your payment everyone until you stop or until I've cleared the balance in that bank account.
