DEBIT ORDERS NOT REFUNDED-06 OCTOBER 2015
THERE WAS 2 AMOUNTS ON MY ACCOUNT DEDUCTED. I SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT LAST WEEK BUT STILL NO REFUND MADE. I REALLY THINK THERE ACCOUNT DEPARTMENT MUST SHARPEN UP...
