Debit order scheduled on wrong date

My wife got an SMS earlier this week that her debit order would go off on the 20th as scheduled, now today she gets another SMS saying it will go off tonight. Now she called this morning to rectify the problem and Kebabone was rude to her saying there is nothing they can do and it was her prerogative to change it to the 21st???? Hello who authorized you to take money before the scheduled date??? The contract says the 20th, not the 18th or whenever you feel like taking the money. This is the second time you will be messing up my wife's credit record. We let it go the 1st time but enough is enough especially if you going to have a rude consultant to answer the phone who clearly does not know how to deal with people. Maybe they should have their name sitting with a bad credit record for them to realize the implications of failed debit orders. Utterly disgusted to say the least.
