Debit order not Cleared

I had a loan with Getbucks. It was paid in full on the 20/02/2016 - on the 26/02/2016 the debit order went off again but the loan was already paid off. I then went in and reversed the Debit order as there was thing i had to do. Getbucks then went on and charged me R102.00 extra. When I then spoke to a consultant (Mabhelonke Zantsi) i was advised that that is fees for February. in the meantime Getbucks paid the money back that was they took on the debit order. The amount was R1606.28. i made a payment of R1480. Into Getbucks account as that was all i had at that moment. the next day i wanted to pay the outstanding amount still due which was R126.28. But According to Getbucks I then had to pay R228.28. Now i told the consultant (Mabhelonke Zantsi) that this is not my fault to start if with as if the canceled the debit order like they were supposed to this would never have happed. This was their mistake and now i have to pay for it. This is just not fair towards the customer.
