Debit order date change

Good day,<br> <br> I have on numerous occasions asked that my debit order be changed, now I have endured banking costs as well as arrears costs from getbucks.<br> <br> My account must be reimbursed with the amount of R557.53 and R703.02 for costs endured by getbucks because you have failed to changed my debit order date, like i have requested. my outstanding balance for account 86653 is R1689.67-R557.53= R1112.67 and account 75294 R734.19-703.02=R31.17. The outstanding balance - fees = new outstanding balance.<br> <br> The amounts of R1112.67 and R31.17 must be deducted on 31 March 2015, which will then be my final payment and I will never ever do business with you again as is my family and friends.<br> <br> I want proof that this will be done with the new outstanding balances.<br>
