Debit Order

I have a loan with Getbucks. Early in January I had told an employee fof Getbucks that I was under debt review and couldnt afford the loan instalment. But i did mention an amount that I could afford. This was via email. There had been numerous calls made to me but due to my work I was unable to take these calls. My account was debited on the 23rd January 2016. Due to my monthly liveable expenses, please could the debit order of R2203 be reversed into my account as soon as possible. And we can arrange an affordable repayment amount. Thank you.
