Debit my account R1397 when it was paid

On the 17/07/2015 i chatted to the call centre and got a settlement quote for my loan and paid my loan in full. I notified them of the payment. On the 22/07/2015 they came into my bank account and debited my account for R1397 when my loan has been paid. I contacted them 3 times - 2 on online chat to linda and nombebo and they confirmed i have been overcharged they will reverse and i emailed. They said i will receive information on tuesday midday till now - nothing. I have been a good customer so far but please return my funds it does not belong to you.
