Debit my account before due date

My debit orders were supposed to come off on the 20th of this month Getbucks puts the debit order through a day early and the payment gets sent back. I now have an unpaid on my account because of their negligence in taking the money early. Also if I pay interest until the 20th why are they debiting the money early from my account this is unacceptable
