Customer service???? What service???

<p>My husband discovered irregularities on his account,on friday, spoke with a consultant who said he was due a refund. Later in the afternoon the irregularities on his account worsened,spoke with another consultant who stated they were having system errors and he'd receive a call baçk. Same line this morning when speaking to another condultant. By lunch time he managed to reach a consultant who said his total refund was R1570.29, and was being processed for payment. Two hours later with no money contacted the same consultant who said the refund was processed and the payout system was down. At 4pm contacted again, told payout system was fixed. Spent between 4 and 6pm only to be told that the refund had not been processed as there was a system error in processing the refund and they'd contact my husband tomorrow. The manager was emailed, no response! Tomorrow will be many more hours online with staff who clearly don't know their jobd</p>
