Customer Service and speedy replies is non-Existent
I Spoke to the consultant (Welmar) once again your service is ridiculously bad. Each time I speak to your consultants they give me a different story about my application. I'm yet to be contacted by your "Customer service agents" I would like urgent feedback because frankly, this is frustrating to constantly have bad experience with your company.
