****** and full of lies

I settled my loan with smart advance in July 2022 but till today they still update my credit bureau as not paid, they even sent me paidup letter and promised to update my credit but till today i cannot have financial freedom because of them, i spoke with many people from their office but they dont want to update my report, 6 months later my report still says i owe them and i dont owe them a cent.
