Credit score affected dramatically due to their negligence and their poor service

<p>My bank informed me they have unauthorized a debit order coming from get-bucks, i called getbucks immediately after receiving the notification, they guy said he will call me back to reload the debit order so it wont affect my credit score, its been 4 days, still waiting for a reply and in the meantime , my credit score dropped with another 14 points..Anyone im done doing business with them!!!!!</p>
