credit score

I have trying to call sales team cause live support failed to help me, my score dropped to 0 and now when i try to apply for a loan some of the information in the affordability list display loans that are paid up... so this blocks chances of me to apply and i do pay my loans on time . i was told sales team will phone me well ever since monday i never received a call, i am so disappointed.
