Credit Report No Longer Needed

I had sent numerous emails and also tried calling this place to cancel the credit report service but the number they have in their email does not exist. I sent emails and I do not get any responses, I want to cancel this credit report service because its just affecting my credit score and I am already sorting out my credit status with another company. Please can you cancel this service immediately and stop debiting my account for it because I am getting charged for all failed debits from you guys and its frustrating me now because I have been sending emails to cancel this for over 3 months and I do not get any correspondence. Thanks.
