Credit record reflects non payments

I am truly disappointed with the service I've received form you. I have had numerous accounts with you and your lack of doing what is required is disturbing. My account which I had with you has not been updated with credit bureaus since February 2020. It is reflecting incorrect balances and has even been settled in April of 2020. Still my records do not reflect timeouts payments. I will never use this company again. They are quick to update info on the bureaus when u apply for a loan but I have to beg them to update info for payments which were made on time and in full. I have had terrible responses from consultants on the chat platform I have queried the non updates since March and to this day nothing. The last consultant I spoke with had the audacity to tell me I should update the info myself with transunion. This is pathetic and I hope people who read this make due checks of their credit records I'm sure I'm not the only one. My credit profile reflects non payment as a result of your lack of updates.
